Retail Key Holder - Part Time

We are seeking a Key Holder to manage our retail team at the Natick Collection. As a part of our very first brick and mortar team, you are passionate about bringing the stories of our products to life. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Management: Reporting to the store leadership team you will mentor, inspire and train fellow staff to develop and execute brand goals. Additionally, you will maintain floor, zone, visual, and staff standards and schedule employee breaks, meals, and shift changes
  • Goal Management: You will know sales and floor execution goals and develop a daily plan to achieve them.
  • Event Development & Management:You will create and run traffic driving events to inspire our Makers and local Maker spaces.
  • Customer Service: You will greet and engage customers with enthusiasm and  warmth.  Additionally, you will be customer focused as opposed to sales focused.
  • Sales: You will share the stories behind our products and makers and help customers find the products they didn’t know they needed. Additionally, you will direct customers to the Grommet website.
  • Product Demonstration: You will demo our products to make our Grommets come to life for customers.
  • Loss Prevention: You will help to meet loss prevention goals by servicing all customers who enter the store and keeping work spaces clean, organized, and safe.  Additionally, you will perform employee personal property checks, enforce all loss prevention initiatives and encourage staff to do the same.
  • Stock Management: You will work with other team members to keep the Front of House (FOH) stocked at all times and the Back of House (BOH) organized. Additionally, you will be responsible for receiving all shipments.
  • Cash Register Management: You will process transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist Where Needed: You are a team player and will assist with other retail related tasks, as needed.
